About me
Audrey worked in the restaurant industry throughout her 6 years in college. After completing her master of public health degree, she found it difficult to give up the retail food world altogether. She saw a career in environmental health/retail food regulation as the perfect opportunity to merge her passion for public health with her love for the industry - landing her as a local inspector for a county health department in northern Indiana. Audrey joined CDPHE's retail food team about three and a half years ago after relocating to Colorado. She loves working at the state level, helping local inspectors from all over the state navigate their own journey through the world of retail food regulation.
