About me
Emily is a current Master of Environmental and Occupational Health Public Health student at the Colorado School of Public Health and a second year AmeriCorps Apprentice working full time with a split position working for both the Denver Department of Public Health and Environment and the Colorado Health Institute. Emily earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado Denver in 2022. During undergrad, Emily worked for a National Science Foundation funded study the Social Justice and Environmental Quality Study working in the North Denver area conducting community participatory air quality monitoring. Emily is skilled in data analysis, risk assessment, and the development of evidence-based interventions to improve community health outcomes.
